Back to school 5k

Hi all – the cross country team at North Central HS is putting on a 5k(and 2k) to raise money for their team this coming Saturday the 27th. If anyone is looking for a fun pre-season run/race on a great cross country course this would be a great one.

I will be there with my family and will run the 5k (most likely at a relaxed pace).

I will be sending out more information about the season very soon. Right now I am planning on the first practice on August 5th at 4:30 at Holcomb Garden.
